Sell involves the sale of your new or old phone to a verified merchant.

High price guarantee. We benchmark our quotes with the most competitive merchants in town. If you find a buy-in price 5% higher than anyone of the approved sources, speak with us at chendol.com/chat and we will have the difference refunded to you. For example, if you sold your Apple iPhone 11 64GB Black with Chendol for S$1000, and found out the next day that an approved merchant (from our approved sources) is buying it for S$1051, speak with us at chendol.com/chat and we will have S$51 refunded to you via PayNow. Be paid within a day upon receipt. The verified merchant will, upon receiving your phone, assess the phone for damages. If he finds the phone as described, he will proceed to complete the order. Thereon the quoted amount will be transferred to your bank account within a day. If he finds the phone is not as described, he may re-quote or cancel the order. You must choose to accept a re-quote for the order to be completed. Pick-up and returns are free.

We do not accept phones that are not yours to sell. Phones that are reported loss or stolen will be handed over to the police.

Chendol is required by law to verify your identity. This is done within the app by uploading the front and back of your NRIC, FIN or Foreign Passport No. during the sell process. If you need more information pertaining to these requirements, please visit the legislation for the Secondhand Goods Dealers Act.
