Refunds for price difference are available to Buy, Sell, and Repair services. To be eligible for a refund on the price difference, the request must be made within 3 days from the date of completion and the difference must be more than 5% from the quotee. Sometimes the product may not be a “like-for-like" comparison due to a lack of price updates online and differences such as product origin, prevailing taxes, existing warranty, payment method as well as mode of delivery plays a part in determining the product price.


To facilitate the refund in price difference, you need to provide a picture of the product details, such as the source and its price tag. Chendol will then review your request, which includes verifying the source.


Note that we are unable to refund the price difference in situations when a product with limited quantities (or on clearance) is listed at a special price or where the source is not a registered business entity in Singapore.
