Price match is available for Buy, Sell, and Repair services. Speak with us at chendol.com/chat, we will have to assess the source and determine if the product is a fair comparison.

Sometimes the product may not be a “like-for-like" comparison, differences such as the product origin, prevailing taxes, existing warranty, payment method as well as mode of delivery plays a part in determining the product price.

To facilitate the price match, you need to provide a picture of the product details, such as the source and price tag. Chendol will then review your request, which includes verifying the source.

Note that we are unable price match in situations when a product with limited quantities (or on clearance) is listed at a special price or when the source is not a registered business entity in Singapore.
