Please note that both Service delivery and Store visit collection options are available. However, a Store visit is necessary when the exact damage type cannot be identified by the user. This also means that a price quote is not possible until the damage has been assessed by a verified merchant. Upon assessment, the user can choose to accept or reject the price quote.
